(1) Check carefully before installation. Before installing the submersible pump, first check whether the chestnut shaft is flexible. If it is found that the pump shaft is not flexible, there is a crashing sound, and the chestnut shaft is swaying radially. Secondly, check whether the water inlet hose is damaged. If it is cracked, it should be repaired in time. Thirdly, check whether the fastening bolts are loose or not. Tighten the loose bolts. After superior, check the motor winding of the submersible pump and the insulation resistance of the cable. Only when the voltage is not less than 0.5 megohm is allowed to be installed.
(2) The correct power distribution line should be selected according to the regulations. The cable should be overhead. The power cable should not be too long. If the distance between the power supply and the pump is far, the cross-sectional area of the wiring cable should be increased. The joint should be as small as possible to reduce Line pressure drop. The submersible pump below 10 kW can be started directly. The control equipment is superior to the automatic air circuit breaker. If there is no such electric appliance, the knife switch can also be used, but the appropriate fuse should be installed according to the working current of the submersible pump. Submersible pumps of more than 10 kW should be equipped with a step-down starter to protect the submersible pump. The cable should be placed in the groove of the water pipe flange and the cable should be fastened to the output pipe with a water-resistant rope. Do not force the cable when the submersible pump is launched or out of water to avoid breakage of the power cord. At the same time, prevent the cable from being scratched during the downhole.
(3) There must be two levels of leakage protection measures To ensure safety, a metal rod with a length of 1 m or more can be buried in the wet ground near the power supply or pump as the grounding body of the submersible pump. At the same time, install a leakage protector. Because the submersible pump works underwater, it is easy to leak electricity and cause electric energy loss and even electric shock. If a leakage protector is installed, as long as the submersible pump leakage value exceeds the operating current value of the leakage protector (generally no more than 30 mA), the leakage protector will cut off the submersible pump's power supply to avoid leakage and ensure safety.
(4) Check the direction of motor rotation before entering the water. Because there are many types of submersible pumps that can be vented during forward and reverse rotation, but the water output is small and the current is large when reversing, and the reversing time will be damaged, and the motor windings will be damaged. Therefore, before the submersible pump enters the water, first connect the power supply to check if the rotation direction is correct. If the three-phase diving pump impeller is reversed, stop immediately and exchange any two phases of the three-phase core wire in the cable. The insulated electric sister between the group and the ground should not be lower than 0.5 megohm.
(5) Setting the safety warning sign To prevent accidents, an obvious warning sign should be set near the submersible pump. To ensure safety, personnel and livestock are strictly prohibited from coming into contact with water sources near the exit of the submersible pump.
