(1) Insufficient irrigation water Before the pump starts, the pump (including the inlet pipe) should be filled with water. Otherwise, the irrigation water is insufficient and there is air in the pump, so the water cannot be pumped. It can be solved by filling the water and draining the air inside the pump.

(2) Leakage of inlet pipe Leakage mainly occurs at the connection between the inlet pipe and the pump body. It is necessary to check whether the rubber pad is intact, and tighten the connecting bolts to block the air leakage.

(3) Blockage of the filter head During the installation and use, the filter head is often blocked by sucking mud or weeds, leaves and other debris, and cannot be discharged. At this point, the water filter should be taken out for cleaning and cleaning. In order to prevent re-clogging, the metal mesh can be used to cover the filter head to prevent debris from entering.

(4) Shaft (oil) seal leakage The shaft seal is made of oil-resistant rubber. When used for a long time, it will wear out and cause air leakage. The operation can be resumed by replacing the shaft (oil) seal.

Reasons for the lack of water in the pump and unevenness and troubleshooting methods

(1) The voltage is too low. The voltage is low and the pumping amount is small. Should try to avoid the use of electricity peaks; at the same time with large cross-section conductors.

(2) Partial blockage of the inlet pipe The adsorption of water or a small amount of impurities in the pump body causes insufficient water, which can be eliminated by removing debris and dredging the pipe.

(3) Excessive impeller clearance The impeller clearance is affected by the cone surface ring. When there is a large gap, it can be adjusted appropriately, or the cone ring can be replaced.

(4) The air inlet pipe or shaft seal is slightly leaking. Check the joint and tighten the bolt; if necessary, replace the shaft seal.

(5) The installation position is too high. The installation position of the pump is too high. The water in the filter head is too shallow, it is easy to attract air and cavitation occurs. At the same time, the lifting head will exceed the specified value that the pump can reach. In this case, there will be insufficient pumping and uneven pumping. It is possible to reduce the installation height or to switch to a pump with a higher lift depending on the operation.
