What should I do if the centrifugal pump bearing heat?

(1) The oil is not clean or the oil is insufficient. Clean the bearings, change the oil or refuel.

(2) The oil ring does not turn or is not flexible. Check processing.

(3) The bearing bush clearance is too small. Adjust properly (padding or scraping).

What should I do if the pump displacement is small after the centrifugal fruit is started?

(1) The impeller inlet is blocked by debris, and the impeller is damaged or blocked. Check the first section of the pump to remove debris or replace the impeller.

(2) The faucet is partially blocked. Check for cleaning.

(3) The suction pipe joint is not tight. Check the connector counterpart, tighten or change the pad.

(4) The box is leaking. Replace the cassette.

(5) The rib of the impeller is worn, and the seal of the ring ring is excessively worn. After checking and confirming, replace the ring seal.
