What should I do if the pump has vibration when the centrifugal pump is running?

(1) The pump and motor center are not right, check and adjust.

(2) The water pipe is fixed incorrectly. Check the adjustment.

(3) The bearing bearing has a large gap. Check the adjustment.

(4) The shaft is bent. Repair and replace the new shaft.

(5) The impeller or balance disc is skewed. Overhaul.

(6) The anchor screws are loose and the foundation is not tightened. Tighten the anchor bolts or grind to solve the basic problem.
