How to choose a deep well pump?

1.According to the allowable extraction amount of the water source well, select the deep well submersible pump, and determine the specification and model of the deep well submersible pump according to the conditions of hydrogeology, and determine the reasonable structure of the water source well;


2.The diameter of the deep well pump must match the diameter of the wellbore. In order to make the deep well pump run smoothly, the groundwater can be quickly collected when pumping water, and the running of the pump can be reduced without resistance. The diameter of the wellbore of the pump and the pump body is required to be larger than the maximum diameter of the pump body by 20-40 mm. That is, the annular gap between the largest diameter part of the pump body and the well wall should be 10-20 mm to extend the service life of the water well and deep well submersible pump;




3.Select the deep well pump according to the total loss of the indenter. The diameter, head (stage) and power of the deep well submersible pump are selected according to the total head pressure required to pump groundwater from the pump head to the surface tank or water tower according to the deep well submersible pump. The water pressure increases in proportion to the number of impellers flowing through it.


The impeller of the deep well pump is immersed in water, only the lift and no suction. The rated head and the actual running head of the pump can't be too different, and can't be higher than 25% of the actual head. The pump has a high lift and requires a large motor power. It is easy to cause the pump to have a large upper string. The lighter wears the impeller and the blade shell. The bearing in the shell (the limit function) is easy to stick with the pump coupling. The pump will not run and the motor overload winding will burn out.


4.Select the submersible multistage pump according to the maximum allowable production of the water source well. The pump volume of the pump must be consistent with the actual water inflow in the well. The pump volume must be equal to or slightly less than the actual production of the water source well. Otherwise, strong pumping will be generated, which will not only shorten the service life of the deep well submersible pump, but also filter it in severe cases. The net is destroyed, causing the sand to stop, and even causing the well to be scrapped.


5.The pump head of the deep well pump head position of the deep well pump must not be placed at the position of the filter tube (flower tube). It must be placed at the position of the well wall tube (solid tube). Otherwise, the sand will not stop or will be pumped. The well was destroyed.
