The deep well pump is a water pump that works directly into the water between the motor and the pump. It is suitable for extracting groundwater from deep wells. It can also be used for water extraction projects such as rivers, reservoirs, and canals. It is mainly used for irrigation of farmland and human and animal water in plateau mountains. It can be used for water supply and drainage in cities, factories, railways, mines and construction sites. Because the deep well pump is directly driven into the water by the motor and the pump body, whether it is safe and reliable will directly affect the use of the deep well pump and the working efficiency. Therefore, the deep well pump with high safety and reliability is also the first choice.

In a groundwater source heat pump air conditioning system, the water supply to a deep well pump often meets the amount of water required by two or more heat pump units. However, in actual operation, it was found that the heat pump unit was operated at part load most of the time, and the deep well pump was always operating at full load, resulting in a large increase in electricity and water charges.

The frequency conversion speed control technology has many applications in the air conditioning system with its remarkable energy saving effect and reliable control mode, and its technology is also relatively mature, but it is rare to use the deep well pump water supply in the groundwater source heat pump air conditioning system. But it is quite necessary. A pilot survey of groundwater source heat pump application in Shenyang area found that in the groundwater source heat pump air conditioning system, when the heat pump capacity is not large, the water supply of one deep well pump can meet the water quantity required by two or more heat pump units. In actual operation, it was found that the heat pump unit was partially loaded for most of the time, while the deep well pump was always operating at full load, resulting in a large increase in electricity and water charges. Therefore, the application of the deep well pump variable frequency speed regulation water supply technology in the groundwater source heat pump system has great energy saving potential.

The deep well pump uses a temperature difference control method. Since the heat pump unit must ensure that the evaporator water temperature cannot be too low under the heating condition, a temperature sensor is set on the return pipe of the deep well pump, and the set temperature is tjh. When the return water temperature of the well water source side is greater than the tjh value, the deep well pump controller sends a lowering current frequency signal to the frequency converter, the frequency converter reduces the frequency of the input power source, and the number of revolutions of the deep well pump decreases correspondingly, the water pump water supply amount, the shaft power and the motor input. The power is also reduced, thus achieving the goal of energy saving. When the water source side return water temperature is lower than the tjh value, the frequency increase is adjusted.
