1. During the operation of the electric pump, always observe the current, the voltmeter and the flow of water, and strive to run the electric pump under rated working conditions.

2. The valve should be used to adjust the flow rate and head to avoid overload operation.

One of the following conditions should be stopped immediately:

1) Current exceeds rated value at rated voltage;

2) Under the rated head, the flow rate is reduced more than normal;

3) Insulation resistance is less than 0.5 megohm;

4) When the dynamic water level drops to the suction port of the pump;

5) When the electrical equipment and circuits are out of compliance;

6) When the electric pump has sudden noise or large vibration;

7) When the protection switching frequency trips.

3. Observe the instrument constantly and check the electrical equipment to measure the insulation resistance once every half a month. The resistance value is not less than 0.5 megohm.

4. Perform maintenance inspection and protection for every irrigation period (2500 hours), and replace the wearing parts.

5. Lifting and loading and unloading of electric pump:

1) Disconnect the cable and disconnect the power supply.

2) Use the installation tool to gradually dismantle the outlet pipe, gate valve, and elbow, and use the pinch plate to tighten the next section of the water pipe. In this way, in turn, dismantle one by one and lift the pump out of the well. (In the process of lifting and unloading, it is found that there is a jam and cannot be lifted forcibly, and the customer service card points should be moved safely up and down, left and right)

3) Remove the wire guard, water filter and cut the cable from the lead and the three-core cable or flat cable joint.

4) Take out the coupling ring on the coupling, remove the fixing screw, and remove the connecting bolt to separate the motor and water pump.

5) Discharge water from the motor.

6) Disassembly of the water pump: Use a disassembly wrench to turn left to remove the water inlet section, and use the disassembly cylinder to impact the conical sleeve at the lower part of the pump. After the impeller is loose, remove the impeller, conical sleeve, and remove the deflector shell. , Diversion shell, upper diversion shell, check valve, etc.

7) Disassembly of the motor: sequentially remove the base, thrust bearing, thrust disk, lower guide bearing housing connection seat, water thrower, remove the rotor, remove the upper bearing housing, stator, etc.

6. Assembly of electric pump:

(1) Motor assembly sequence: stator assembly → lower guide bearing assembly → rotor assembly → thrust disc → left buckle nut → thrust bearing assembly → base assembly → upper guide bearing seat assembly → skeleton oil seal → connection seat. Adjust the studs so that the shaft extension of the motor meets the specified requirements. Then put on the pressure regulating membrane, pressure regulating spring and cover.

(2) The assembly of the water pump: fix the shaft and the water inlet section on the seat I can install, use the dismounting cylinder to fix the impeller and the conical sleeve on the shaft, and then install the diversion shell, impeller, etc. Shell, check valve, etc.

When assembling the motor and water pump department under level 8, first tighten the nut evenly between the water inlet section and the contact surface of the bearing seat, install the coupling, pump shaft, fix the stud and lock ring, use the tide The installation cylinder fixes the impeller and the conical sleeve on the pump shaft, installs the deflector shell, the impeller ... In this way, the upper deflector shell is installed in sequence. After the pump is installed, pull open the pull nut, remove the gasket, tighten the tie bar nut evenly, and then rotate the electric pump from the coupling, the rotation must be even.
