How to install stainless steel deep well pump?

1. First of all, check the diameter of the well, the depth of still water and whether the power supply system meets the requirements.

2. Check whether the electric pump rotates flexibly,

There should be no sticking point,

The separately assembled motor and electric pump shall be connected by coupling,

Pay attention to tighten the top screw.

3. Open the vent and fill plugs,

Fill the inner cavity of the motor with clean water,

Pay attention to prevent false full, good plug.

There should be no water leakage.

4. The insulation of motor measured by 500 V megohmmeter should not be less than 150 ohm.

5. Install the protection switch and starting equipment,

Start the motor instantaneously (no more than 1 second),

Check whether the steering direction of the motor is the same as that of the steering sign,

On the contrary, replace any two connectors of the power supply,

Then put on the wire guard board and water screen.
