How to install a deep well pump ？

1. Installation instructions

(1) The water inlet of the pump must be 1 meter above the water level, but the depth of the diving should not exceed 70 meters of the static water level, and the lower end of the motor should be at least 1 meter away from the bottom of the well. (2) The rated power is less than or equal to 15kw (25kw when the power supply is allowed). The motor is started at full pressure.

(3) The rated power is greater than 15kw, and the motor adopts step-down starting.

(4) The use environment must meet the specified conditions.

2. Preparation before installation

(1) First check the diameter of the well, the depth of the still water, and whether the power supply system meets the conditions of use.

(2) Check whether the electric pump is flexible or not. There should be no dead point. The motor and the electric pump should be connected with the coupling. Pay attention to tightening the top wire.

(3) Open the exhaust and water injection screw plugs, fill the inner cavity of the motor with clean water, and take care to prevent false fullness and good screw plug. There should be no water leakage.

(4) The motor insulation shall be measured with a 500 volt megger and shall not be less than 150 ohms.

(5) The corresponding lifting tools, such as tripods, hanging chains, etc., should be equipped.

(6) Install the protection switch and starter device, and start the motor instantaneously (not more than 1 second) to see if the steering of the motor is the same as that of the steering sign. If it is the opposite, replace any two connectors of the power supply, then put on the retaining plate and Take care of the water network and prepare to go down. When the motor and the water pump are coupled to the steering, the water must be filled from the pump outlet until the water flows out of the inlet section.

3. Installation

(1) First install a pumping pipe section at the water outlet of the pump, and clamp it with a splint, hoist it into the well, and place the splint on the well.

(2) Use another splint to clamp another water pipe. Then hoist it, lower it and connect it with the water pipe flange and the rubber pad. When screwing the screw, the diagonal must be carried out at the same time. Raise the sling to remove the first splint, so that the pump tube descends the splint and falls on the derrick. The installation is repeated in turn, down the well, until all the loading is completed, the manhole cover is placed, and the last splint is placed on the manhole cover without disassembly.

(3) Install the elbow, gate valve, water outlet, etc., and add the corresponding rubber gasket to seal.

(4) The cable should be fixed in the groove on the flange of the water pipe, and each section should be fixed with rope. The process of downhole should be careful not to damage the cable.

(5) If there is a stuck phenomenon during the pumping process, it is necessary to overcome the card point and not force the pump to avoid jamming.

(6) It is strictly forbidden for personnel to go down to the well during installation.

(7) The protection switch and starting equipment should be installed behind the user's switchboard. The switchboard has a voltmeter, an ammeter, and an indicator light, and is placed in the proper position in the well.

(8) The use of "strength protection measures from the base of the motor to the pump tube bundle with wire" to prevent accidents.
