How to operate, maintain and maintain the deep well pump？

1. During the operation of the electric pump, the current, voltmeter and water flow should be observed frequently, so as to make the electric pump operate under the rated condition.

2. Valve should be used to regulate the flow and lift, and overload operation is not allowed.

Stop operation immediately in case of any of the following conditions:

1) The current exceeds the rated value at rated voltage;

2) Under the rated head, the flow rate decreases greatly compared with the normal condition;

3) The insulation resistance is less than 0.5 megohm;

4) When the dynamic water level drops to the pump suction inlet;

5) When the electrical equipment and circuit are not in accordance with the regulations;

6) When the electric pump has sudden sound or large vibration;

7) When the protection switch frequency trips.

3. Always observe the instrument and check the electrical equipment. Measure the insulation resistance every half a month. The resistance value should not be less than 0.5 megohm.

4. Each drainage and irrigation period (2500 hours) shall be repaired and protected, and the vulnerable parts shall be replaced.
