If the pump in the process of using a strong vibration, then we must stop to check what is the reason, otherwise it will also cause damage to the pump. 3. When the bottom valve of the pump leaks, some people will fill it with dry soil into the inlet pipe of the pump and flush it with water to the bottom valve, which is really undesirable. Because when the dry soil is put into the inlet pipe, when the water pump starts to work, the dry soil will enter the pump, which will damage the pump impeller and bearing, thus shortening the service life of the pump. When the bottom valve leaks, it must be repaired. If it is serious, it needs to be replaced. 4. Pay attention to the maintenance of the water pump after use. For example, when the water pump is used up, the water in the water pump should be drained. It is better to unload the water pipe and then wash it with clean water. 5. The tape on the water pump should also be removed, and then washed with water and dried in the light. Do not put the tape in the dark and humid place. The water pump tape must not be stained with oil, let alone some sticky things on the tape. 6. To carefully check whether there are cracks on the impeller, impeller fixed on the bearing is loose, if there are cracks and loose phenomenon to timely repair, if there is soil on the pump impeller to clean up. 7. The interface between the water pump and the pipeline must be sealed, because if there are debris entering, it will cause damage to the inside of the water pump. 8. The bearing on the water pump is also the key point of inspection. After use, check whether the bearing is worn. If the water pump is used for a long time, the small ball in the bearing will be broken. So when the water pump is used, it is better to apply a layer of lubricating oil on the bearing to better protect the water pump bearing.
