1. Air leakage of suction pipeline: it is recommended to eliminate the air leakage phenomenon in the pipeline, and check the method within the allowable suction range. The water has not been sucked up after the self-priming pump has been started for 3 minutes. Please put your ears close to the place where the air leakage is suspected, and listen for the sound of air suction or repair the place where the air leakage is suspected.
2. Self priming pump is not filled with liquid storage or not filled with liquid: it is recommended to add enough liquid storage.
3. Suction head is too high or suction line is too long: it is recommended to reduce the suction head or shorten the pipeline.
4. The voltage is too low: it is recommended to adjust the voltage.
5. Self priming pump body or inlet pipe filter screen is blocked by debris stone: it is recommended to check and remove the blockage.
6. Excessive leakage of mechanical seal: repair or replacement is recommended.
7. Impeller damage or wear: it is recommended to replace the impeller.
8. Incorrect installation of outlet pipeline, too many elbows: too many n-shaped pipes, it is recommended to install automatic exhaust valve at the highest point.
9. Reverse connection of three-phase motor: please exchange two phases.
10. The backflow hole of the self-priming pump is blocked, leading to the separation of steam and water: it is recommended to check and clean it.
