The shielding pump is a leak-free pump consisting of a shielded motor and a pump. It is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, stator, rotor, front and rear bearings and thrust discs. The stator and the rotor are respectively separated by a non-magnetic corrosion-resistant thin wall sleeve, and the rotor is immersed in the conveying medium by the front and rear bearing supports, so that no type of dynamic seal is required to prevent outward leakage of the conveyed medium.
The shielding pump is absolutely leak-free. Under the negative pressure of the pump, the outside air will not be inhaled, which is especially suitable for vacuum system operation. At the same time, it is suitable for high pressure, high melting point and high temperature medium. The shielding pump is compact in structure, small in size and light in weight; it has no cooling fan, low noise, wide application range and reliable operation, and can provide a relatively good working environment.
The shielding pump is environmentally safe and is very suitable for conveying flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, corrosive and valuable liquids. It has a wide range of applications in the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries.
