What are the scope of use and product features of explosion-proof submersible pumps?

    Explosion-proof submersible pumps are suitable for the transportation of granular sewage in the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, paper, cement, steel, power, coal processing, and urban sewage treatment plant drainage systems, municipal engineering, construction sites, etc. Dirt, stainless steel explosion-proof submersible pumps can also be used to pump clean water and corrosive media.

What problems must be paid attention to during the use and maintenance of deep well submersible pumps?

(1) The submersible pump cannot be dehydrated. Test run under anhydrous conditions, the time must not exceed 5 minutes. In the process of pumping, if the water level is not reduced, it must be noted that the pump body should not be exposed to the surface.

(2) After the submersible pump is stopped, it cannot be restarted immediately. It must be started after the return of the stored water in the pipe is completed. If water cannot be discharged after starting, stop the machine immediately and find out the cause and eliminate it.

(3) Different types of submersible pumps shall be used according to the specified head; the inner diameter of the matching rubber pipe, iron pipe or canvas pipe shall meet the technical requirements.

(4) When the submersible pump is put into the water or raised to the surface of the water, the rope on the "ears" must be pulled, and the cable must not be pulled. To handle, disassemble, or overhaul, turn off the power.

Explosion-proof submersible sewage pump mainly has several product features:
