The submersible sewage pump mainly has two types of coupling devices and mobile type. In the building, submersible sewage pumps, submerged sewage pumps, vertical sewage pumps and self-priming sewage pumps are usually used. Select the appropriate pump based on site restrictions. However, the vertical sewage pump and the self-priming sewage pump not only have a large area of demand, but also have requirements for the isolation base and self-priming irrigation, so few people choose to use it in the building.

In terms of selection, it is not difficult. We only need to choose the corresponding flow, head and power.

Pump flow rate: The flow rate of the sewage pump should be selected according to the second flow rate of the domestic drainage design. When the displacement is adjusted, it can be selected according to the maximum hourly flow rate of the domestic drainage. Example: The flow rate of the drainage pump in the collection basin of the fire elevator is not less than 10L/s.

Pump head: After calculating the lift height and pipeline loss according to the lift, an additional 0.02~0.03MPa free head can be used. Note that the flow rate of the suction pipe and the outlet pipe should be controlled at 0.7-2.0 m/s.

Pump power: If you need to contain large pieces of debris that are difficult to decompose, the pump should be equipped with a crushing device. If it is necessary to upgrade the sewage containing more fibrous materials, the selected pump should be a large-channel submersible sewage pump. When the motor power of the pump is greater than or equal to 7,5KW or the outlet diameter is greater than or equal to DN100, it is recommended to use a pump to fix the auto-coupling device. If the motor power of the pump is less than 7.5KW or the diameter of the outlet is less than DN100, it is recommended to install the hose in a fixed manner.

It is a good choice for urban enterprises to discharge sewage and farmland irrigation.
