1. Make the type and performance of the selected pump consistent with the process parameters such as device flow, head, pressure, temperature, etc.

Requirements, the most important thing is to determine the voltage, the highest head, and how much flow is reached when the head is high. Please refer to the head-flow curve for details.

2. Must meet the requirements of media characteristics

For pumps that transport flammable, explosive, toxic or valuable media, shaft seals are required to be reliable or non-leakage pumps are used, such as magnetically driven pumps (without shaft seals, isolated magnetic indirect drives).

For pumps that transport corrosive media, it is required that the convection parts use corrosion-resistant materials, such as fluorine plastic corrosion-resistant pumps.

For pumps containing solid particles, the convection parts should be made of abrasion-resistant materials. If necessary, the shaft seal should be rinsed with clean liquid.

3. Mechanical requirements are high reliability, low noise and small vibration.
