1.Axial flow pump, mixed flow pump, diagonal flow pump and screw pump
There are many types of agricultural submersible pumps. In some large-scale drainage and irrigation stations, axial flow pumps, mixed flow pumps, diagonal flow pumps and screw pumps are mostly used. Their common features are large flow, low head, simple structure and easy installation and use. They are mainly used for irrigating farmland and flood drainage in large areas. The blades on the impeller of the axial flow pump and diagonal flow pump can be divided into two types: fixed and adjustable, so changing the installation angle of the blade can change the working condition of the water pump. Axial flow pumps can cause changes in head due to changes in angle, but the amplitude is not large and the flow rate changes significantly. Due to the angle change of the oblique flow pump, both the head and the flow rate can be greatly changed.
2. Water wheel pump, water hammer pump and self-priming pump (there are two kinds of medium: clear water and mud water)
Water wheel pump and water hammer pump are a kind of water pump without mechanical power. They are all powered by stream water with a certain drop and flow. Most are used for irrigation, sprinkler or drip irrigation on small plots of mountainous land. This kind of water pump can lift the water to a high place as long as it passes a certain drop of water into the water pump through the dam and canal. The working principle of the self-priming pump is: Before the pump is started, fill the pump casing with water (or the pump casing itself has water). After starting, the impeller rotates at a high speed to make the water in the impeller channel flow to the volute. At this time, the inlet forms a vacuum, so that the water inlet check valve opens, the air in the suction pipe enters the pump, and reaches the outer edge through the impeller channel. Self-priming pump is a self-priming centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, stable operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long life, and strong self-priming capacity. The pipeline does not need to be installed with a bottom valve, and it is only necessary to ensure that a quantitative fluid is stored in the pump body before work. Different liquids can use self-priming pumps of different materials. [1]
