Depending on temperature, pressure, viscosity and the presence of particles, barrier pumps can be classified into the following categories:
(1) Basic type: The temperature of the conveying medium does not exceed 120 ° C, and the head does not exceed 150 m. Various other types of shielded pumps can be obtained and modified based on the basic types.
(2) Reverse circulation type: In this type of shielded pump, the fluid lubrication, cooling and cooling directions of the motor are completely opposite to the basic type. Its main feature is that it is not easy to generate cavitation, and is especially suitable for the transportation of easily vaporized liquid such as liquefied petroleum gas and methyl chloride.
(3) High temperature type: the general conveying medium temperature is 350 ° C, the flow rate can reach 300 m3 / h, and the lift can reach 115 m. Suitable for high temperature liquids such as heat medium oil and hot water.
(4) High melting point type: The pump and the motor have a jacket, which can greatly improve the heat resistance of the motor. Suitable for high melting point liquids up to 250 °C. A temperature of steam or liquid can be introduced into the jacket to prevent crystallization of the high melting point liquid.
(5) High pressure type: The outer casing of the high pressure type shielding pump is a high pressure container, so that the pump can withstand high system pressure. In order to support the shield sleeve under internal high pressure, the stator coil can be used to withstand pressure.
(6) Self-priming type: When the suction pipe is not filled with liquid, the pump automatically discharges the liquid and is suitable for extracting liquid from the underground container.
(7) Multi-stage: equipped with complex impeller, suitable for high lift liquid transportation, the maximum lift can reach 400 meters.
(8) Mud type: suitable for conveying liquids mixed with a large amount of mud.
