Seriously, the unit will be destroyed and cause heavy losses. The installation of the water chestnut machine group is carried out under the solid foundation conditions. The installation process can be divided into: basic construction, installation of the water pump, installation of the power machine, installation of the pipeline and accessories, and installation of auxiliary equipment. Each process must be carried out in strict accordance with relevant regulations.

First, preparation before installation

The pre-installation preparation mainly refers to the completion of the unit selection and matching, the unit layout plan according to the farmland irrigation plan and the local water source conditions, and the basic requirements for the installation, the casting or other methods to build the fixed base of the unit for installation. The host is ready. In the arrangement of the squatting unit, it should be considered that there should be a certain width of the aisle between the foundations of the adjacent units. When the motor capacity is greater than 55 kW, the clearance should not be less than 1.2 m; when the motor capacity is less than 55 kW, the clearance should not be less than 0.8 tn. In any case, there should be no less than 0.7 m between the protruding parts of the equipment or between the protruding parts and the wall. The equipment room must have sufficient height. When selecting the installation position of the pump, under the premise of ensuring the lift, the smaller the height of the pump from the water surface, the better.

Centrifugal pump unit installation should meet the following basic requirements:

The base and foundation of the pump and power unit must be firmly fixed together so that the unit can run smoothly without damage due to uneven subsidence of the foundation.

The height of the pump installation must be in accordance with the allowable vacuum height given by the pump factory or the installation height calculated from the allowable cavitation allowance. That is to say, the distance between the pump shaft line and the lower surface should ensure that the water can still be pumped after the change of the water surface, and no cavitation, vibration and other faults will occur. When the coupling is directly driven, the water chest axis and the power machine axis must be in a straight line; when the belt drive is used, the water pump pulley is parallel to the power machine pulley, and the center line of the two pulley widths should be on the same line. . That is to say, the running belt must not be subjected to deviation, skew or partial grinding. The connecting parts of the water chestnut suction pipe must be tight and firm and must not leak. The foundation of the vertical centrifugal pump installation should be firm, level, dry, and the suction pipe and pressure pipe should be arranged reasonably. The base of the pumping or making pump unit is divided into two cases.

First, the permanent fixed base is generally casted with concrete. The ratio of cement to sand and stone is 1:2: 4. The size of the base can be found in the manual of the pump manufacturer. It should be better than the water chestnut or unit base. It is 8 ~ 10 cm larger and 5 - 10 cm above the ground. The quality of the pedestal is not less than 2.5 times the mass of the unit. Draw the soil trough according to the specified size, and prepare the wooden formwork according to the requirements in advance, install the anchor bolts on the wooden formwork, and then grout and pour the shape. There are three points to note when casting:

(1) The foundation pit of the pedestal must be compacted;

(2) The position of the anchor bolts pre-installed on the wooden formwork should match the size of the screw hole on the unit;

(3) The installation base of the pump and power machine should be kept level.
