The working principle of stainless steel self-priming pump is ordinary centrifugal pump. If the suction liquid level is under the impeller, it should be filled with water in advance when starting, which is very inconvenient. In order to store water in the pump, the inlet of the suction pipe needs to be equipped with a bottom valve. When the pump works, the bottom valve causes a great hydraulic loss. The so-called self-priming pump, that is, before starting, without irrigation, after a short period of operation, relying on the role of the pump itself, that is, water can be sucked up and put into normal operation.
The self-priming pump is a single-stage single suction centrifugal pump. The product does not need bottom valve. After adding liquid for the first time, it can output liquid after starting and using again without irrigation. It has the advantages of compact structure and convenient movement. It is widely used in chemical industry, wine making, beverage, alcohol, food and other industries. The self-priming pump only needs to fill the drainage before the first start-up, and it is not necessary to repeat the infusion after that. When the self-priming pump sucks the medium, the fluid can be intermittent. There are suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, liquid return check valve, gas separation chamber and return hole.
